The 14-Day Recovery Window

When you delete a server or bot from your dashboard, it is not erased right away.
Grace Period: You have 14 days to recover your deleted items. After that, the data is permanently removed from our systems to protect your security and privacy.

How to Restore a Deleted Bot or Server

The steps are the same for both bots and servers. Here’s how you can get your data back:

Navigate to the Correct Tab

Go to the Bots or Servers tab in your dashboard, based on what you want to recover.

Access Deleted Assets

Look for the red DELETED button in the top-right corner of the page.

Click the Deleted button to view your recently removed assets.

Recover your Data

A menu will show everything deleted in the last 14 days. Find your item and click the blue Recover button.

Find your bot or server and click Recover to restore it instantly.

Why would you need this?

  • Accidental Clicks: You meant to delete a test bot but accidentally removed your main one.
  • Hacked Accounts: If someone gets into your account, they might try to delete your setup to cause problems.
  • Change of Heart: You closed a project, then realized you still needed the member data.

Proactive Security

To help prevent data loss, we suggest:
  • Enable 2FA: This helps keep your VaultCord and Discord accounts secure.
  • Staff Permissions: Check who has ‘Manage’ access in your Team Management settings.

Still can't find your asset?

If it has been less than 14 days and your asset does not appear in the “Deleted” menu, please contact our Live Support team immediately for assistance.
