Automatic pull is a key feature for Discord server owners because servers can sometimes be deleted, raided, or nuked. With this feature, VaultCord will automatically move your members to a backup Discord server if your main server is deleted or compromised. This means:
  • You won’t lose your members permanently.
  • You can keep communicating with your community right away.
  • Recovery happens on its own, so you don’t have to do anything manually.

How Automatic Pull works

If VaultCord notices your server has been deleted or compromised:
  1. It quickly activates your backup server.
  2. It starts pulling your members automatically.
  3. Your community can keep going in the backup server. You don’t need to send out invites or announce a new server yourself.

Open the Automatic Pull settings

  1. Go to https://dash.vaultcord.com/servers.
  2. Click on Settings for the server you want to protect.
  3. Click Extra.

  1. In the Automatic Pull section, click Create New.

Step 1: Choose the VaultCord server

Under Select VaultCord Server, pick the server whose members you want to protect. This is your main server, the one at risk.

Step 2: Choose the backup Discord server

Under Select Discord Server to Pull Into, pick the server where members should go if your main server is deleted.
[!IMPORTANT] If the bot doesn’t have invite permissions in the backup server, Automatic Pull won’t work.

Step 3: Turn on Automatic Pull

Click Enable. Automatic Pull is now active. If your main server is deleted or nuked, VaultCord will automatically start pulling members into the backup server.

Best practices for backup servers

To make sure recovery works well:
  • Keep your backup server private.
  • Don’t share the backup invite publicly.

Auto-Pull After Term (Instant Verification)

While the emergency Automatic Pull protects you from deletions, you can also fully automate your daily verification funnel! The Auto-Pull After Term feature automatically pulls a user into your Discord server the exact moment they complete the verification and accept your terms. This eliminates the need for manual pulling, creating a seamless, instant verification experience for the user.
  1. Navigate to your VaultCord Dashboard and click on Settings.
  2. Open the Extras tab.
  3. Toggle the Auto-pull after term option. Once enabled, VaultCord handles the rest behind the scenes!

Custom Join Delays (Bypass Limits)

When you are pulling thousands of members at once into a server, Discord’s anti-raid filters might flag the sudden influx of users or rate-limit your bot. To work around Discord’s limits on large servers, you can now set a Custom Join Delay. This feature allows you to specify a delay (in seconds) between each member pull.
  • By slowing down the join rate slightly, you ensure every single member successfully enters the server without triggering API blocks or rate limits.
  • You can easily configure this setting right before you initiate a mass pull from your dashboard.
